Late afternoon view of Boston's Back Bay skyline and the Charles River Esplanade shot from the Longfellow Bridge. This one shot just after a motor boat passed through, leaving a nice sweeping wake. The pedestrian sidewalk on the Back Bay side just reopened to foot traffic, after being closed for a year when the bridge underwent structural work.

A different take on the statue of abolitionist, womens' rights advocate and suffragist Lucy Stone, part of the The Boston Women's Memorial on the Commonwealth Mall. The memorial was sculpted by Meredith Bergmann and also includes statues of Abigail Adams and Phillis Wheatley.
