A cheetah mom and two of her cubs huddle together for a family portrait. Scrubby brush and grasses are the only protection that cheetah cubs have from their environment. They have no rock outcroppings or trees to hide in. To make matters worse, mom also had to go off hunting, leaving them alone for long periods of time. A smart cheetah cub will remain quiet and hide in the brush, but then we all know that cats are curious by nature. They love to explore. Although this cheetah mom has 5 cubs, it is very possible that only one or two will survive the first year of life. It is a sad reality. #ILoveWildlife #ILoveNature #ILoveCats #WildlifePhotography in #Tanzania #Wildlife in #Africa #Cheetahs #Cats
