A dead pine needle (fir, actually) suspended from a single delicate thread of spiderweb silk, lit up in the last light of the evening. One of my personal favorites.

What I really like about this shot is the combination of lines (Autumn needle drop, yes conifers have “Fall,” too) and curves, and the contrast between the colors of each. One of my personal favorites.
