A visit to Abbey Gardens in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

It was Trendell's Gardens, created by E J Trendell. He bought Abbey House and the gardens in 1853. He developed the gardens around the abbey ruins in the 1870s.

2. Salvaged architectural fragments of the Abbey. Two window heads, one late C13, the other Decorated style. An artificial ruin with three bay arcades running north to south, piers and arches similar to those in St Helen's Church and large east and west window frames.
