One of the many features in the gardens of Houghton Hall Norfolk, once the home of Britain's first Prime Minister. Intriguing as to how the gas is mixed with the water & relights itself if it goes out. It went out several times as we watched, the water died down, the gas ignited then the water rose up again

Now run by the National Trust with many unusual buildings scattered around the landscape. Had to take this low angle as the Lake in front of the Palladian bridge had beed drained for maintenance
