Knot surging about on a narrow strip of island @ Snettisham RSPB this morning (Sept 1st 2015). They had just left the mud flats to rest on the reserve as a very high tide had come in on the sea. A few bemused Godwits standing watching. Unfortunately only MP4 quality, wish I could upload better - some cameras do 4k video now! These Knot came in off the mud of the Wash estuary as the high tide came in this morning. Took quite a time to settle on a roosting place. A real pleasure to see on a sunny Sunday morning. They will soon be off to their northern breeding grounds & will develop their summer plumage when they are known as "Red" Knot in North America

Short video taken @ the wildlife feeding area Center Parcs the week before Easter. A few Grey squirrels running around as well. Stock doves are slightly smaller than Woodpigeons & have a blue/green neck rather than the white ring of the woodpigeon
