The first three stages of the seventh and eighth Galileo satellites’ Soyuz ST-B rocket being raised to the vertical on the launch pad at Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana, awaiting the addition of the ‘upper composite’ containing the Galileo satellites plus the Fregat upper stage enclosed within the Soyuz fairing.
