On March 28th, 1987 Western Pacific GP40 #3521 (actually owned by Helm Leasing at this time) is leading eastbound Soo Line train 208 on the south side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This unit went on to hold roster slots on both the Chicago Missouri & Western and Gateway Western before eventually being purchased by the Wisconsin Central as their locomotive number 3004. ~~ A Jeff Hampton Photograph ©
