After tacking this shot at the collage in Cambridge I was asked to leave the collage grounds because I was using a tripod (try using a 5X4 with movements hand held). I was, at the time, Stood next to a photog, who was using a Nikon D3 and taking about 10,000 shots. "Why must I leave", I asked, Because the tripod makes you a pro and you must be making fousends of pounds came the reply.

I have made this as a Christmas prezzie for my fellow brew budy. The apples aren't manky, thay have been frozen and thawed ready for pressing. The smart price apple juice is in the composition because we can make wine from this apple juice but it lacks some thing when compared to the wine made from the pressed apples. this is, I suppose, how I feel about digital capture.
