He made more silly faces than he did at being serious for the camera but we had fun none-the-less. We would take a photo, he might have made a face, he might have smiled or laugh and we loved it when we got to look at Gangie's view finder on the back of the camera and see our results of our photo shoot.

Happy Turkey Day to all my fellow Canadians no matter where in the world you are right now.

I have so many things to be thankful for including, the chance to be young with my grandchildren.

It was really an excuse for me to break out the bubbles, of course we had to have a good round of baseball (used the dogs tennis ball - it's okay he doesn't use it anyway) with granddaughter and youngest grandson here and a good time playing at the park before heading to the Fort (or as he called it "Oh my ... we are going to a CASTLE for supper!!") for a wonderful turkey dinner.

So :P to you Sears we had a great dinner despite your promise of having my oven element and one burner element and I didn't have to clean up..so for that I am thankful for on this Thanksgiving Day.

Of course I am thankful that I had the chance to sit with all but one (despite the promise they would all be here - youngest son had got called into work) for a nice meal and good conversation.

So from GP and Me to all you "Happy Thanksgiving".

My "Casey" from Mr. Dressup is growing up.

He reminded me when he was little of Casey from the CBC television show when I was growing up - Mr. Dressup. He is starting to grow up, his features are changing but he's still that same little boy deep down under it all. We don't see him all that often but are happy when we get to.
