Chipster here had the peanut in his mouth like he was chowing down on a piece of corn on the cob. I wonder if that is what we look like eating at a corn roast? Don't you just love their little paws?

We are still staying home to flatten the curve when we are not at work. We have been working as many know since day one of the announcement of the pandemic that people were to stay home as we are both deemed to be critical workers. When we have to stop on the way home for gas or a few staples, we wear a mask, we don't doddle and we head straight home. I miss seeing my kids and grandkids. In Ontario we are allowed to have a "bubble" that we can associate with however, the bubble is limited to 10 and our children, their partners and grandkids total 21 and as a mother I can't pick one chld over another so alas they are all to stay away.

Grackles are easily spooked I find. If i am on the deck they don’t go to the feeder. I hid in the leaves of the Manitoba Maple to see if i could capture the birds coming to my legion poppy feeder. The look on this guys face is as if he knew i was there and was very annoyed.

Shooting through the leaves gave the yellow arch around the bird. Canon EOS 7D, Sigma 150-500 aperture priority f7.1 hand held. Resixed in Lightroom Classic for the web.
