We celebrated our Thanksgiving yesterday with only two of our adult children and their families along with one of our grandsons and his partner.

Of course I handed each child a camera and let them "go atter". Our youngest grandson grabbed a shot of his dad using his late great grandmother's Canon XSi.

I love handing the grandkids my old XTi or 7D to see what life is from their perspective. We had a lunch of homemade minestrone soup and homemade rolls when they came for a visit. While the buns were cooling she naturally had to take a photo of them on the counter.

The grandkids all call me Gangie (pronounced Gang and then Guy (the french way not like "that guy"). If you have ever seen Arrested Development you will know how to pronounce it.

I had my 5D Mark II out just as they arrived and my granddaughter wanted to take a picture. This is me as seen by a six year old. I had to bend down for her to take the photo as the camera was too heavy she told me. Solution to the heavy camera is of course give her the XTi and let her have at 'er.

I appreciate each and every visit, comment and fave here on my little corner of the world as seen through my lens.
