Her something borrowed were the pearls on her neck loaned to her by her Maid of Honour. Her something old is her engagement ring that was a gift that my dad bought me many many years ago and as my dad and Lee were so close it was only fitting when he told me that he was going to ask her to marry him that I would given him something that grampa had given to me with love.

The only person missing of course is me as I am behind the camera. It was a lovely wedding with only immediate family and a few close friends. Yes, I could have put the timer on but I did not want to risk "running into the shot". The important thing is that I was there and our son and daughter-in-law knew I was as well :)

Our daughter-in-law has a love for all flowers. She grew all the flowers for the bouquets and boutonnieres for her wedding and as a thank you for attending she thought she would share her love of flowers with everyone.

Normally it is our daughter-in-law who will drive the 4x4 at their friends farm but on their wedding day it was our son who was the driver. Their good friend decorated the 4x4 unbeknownst to either or son or daughter-in-law.

The ceremony was held at their good friends farm in Beckwith Township and later, a reception was held in Carleton Place. It was a small ceremony with just their immediate family and very close friends which made for a perfect day. I was their photographer.
