I did not see the new sign until my grandkids were out and about with the cameras on Sunday. One of them grabbed a shot of it so I had to go up and see for myself. It gives a bit of history of Buckshot Creek and the sign was sponsored by a local business up here - Ross Ranch.

The creek was used to float timber as far away as Quebec City. The creek, although not mentioned here does feed into the Mississippi River (not in the USA rather the river in Ontario Canada).
