Waterral - Water rail (Rallus aquaticus).
Such secretive birds, you hardly ever get to see them.

Water Rail (Rallus aquaticus), a very timid water bird, superficially similar to a common moorhen.
First decent sighting ever.
They are quite rare and extremely hard to spot, unless ice and snow force them out of their usual impenetrable swamp & wetland habitat.

FalderalderalderaldeRAL .... - Obviously not all ducks are swimming in the water ROFL
Technically the Water Rail (Rallus aquaticus) is not a duck but belongs to the family of the Rallidae (rails, moorhens and coots) which in turn are a suborder of the cranes (Gruiformes).
They are very timid, usually really hard to spot and not at all common....
