A rare CN SD70i is in charge of the first KCSM train out of Valle de Mexico for 2023, not a bad way to start off the year!

Here, the Canadian and 2 KCS units (4171 & 4601) are picking up their Kansas City, Missouri bound empty grain train at the A-28 KM, while menacing skies creep closer and closer.

A full North American assortment of power rests at the Valle de Mexico railroad terminal engine shop, on the right we have FXE ES44AC 4669, in the middle there's UP C44ACCTE 5887, and on the right, a nice and rare visitor that was getting ready to depart not long after, CN SD70i 5601 (look at that damn sexy Nathan P5 on-top!)

Since we don't get snow in Central Mexico, the closest thing to a Christmas picture is this CN SD70i I was able to catch at the start of 2023.
