St George's, Fovant, much restored by T H Wyatt in 1863, dates from the C13, with the south doorway taken from a C12 building. Much C15, the tower (ca. 1492) is surmounted with stone friezes and battlements. One of the bells is C15. The last abbess of Wilton, Cecily Bodenham, retired here. The church is some distance from the present village, which moved after the Black Death. Many of the graves in the churchyard are of RAF pilots, many from Australia, training in the area who died in the influenza pandemic of 1919.

Doorway in the south wall of St George's, Fovant. Not original, it was partly made from fragments of a Norman doorway found when T H Wyatt was repairing and restoring the Church in 1863.

Christ Church, Shaw (1905, enlarged in 1925) in the Parish of Melksham Without, Wiltshire. Designed by design of CE Ponting in the Arts and Crafts Gothic style. Almost completely rebuilt on the basis of an 1838 Chapel of Ease, designed by TH Wyatt. The chancel is enclosed by oak screens, and topped with fan vaulting.
