Classic view of the downtown of Cleveland, Ohio, at sunset, from Heritage Park. The 1991 Key Building, with the logo very obvious near the top, is the tallest building in the city at 289 metres high. But far more elegant and beautiful is the 1930 Terminal Tower to its right, standing at 234 metres, for several decades the tallest building in the USA outside New York City.
Between these two is the 1985 200 Public Square, while right of shot is the Carl B. Stokes Federal Courthouse (2002).
The handsome arches of the 1914-18 Detroit–Superior Bridge dominate the right foreground, while the huge pylon on the left belongs to the Nautica concert venue.

The chapel of the First Order Benedictines (males professed to live in community) of the Holy Cross Monastery in West Park, New York. This is an Anglican/Episcopal community rather than a Roman Catholic one. The community moved here in 1902, having been founded in 1884. The plain architecture is almost Augustinian in its austerity.
The monastery's site has commanding views over the River Hudson and to Franlin D Roosevelt's country residence at nearby Hyde Park. The nearest city is Poughkeepsie.
