I was standing watching the sunrise on the beach when a couple came down and bravely stripped off to go into the sea.

They ventured in a short way and then retreated swiftly. The sea must be getting pretty cold again at this time of year.

I wasn't brave enough and continued on my journey to the local indoor pool.
