My first outing with my new Sony A7RII. Went to the Red River Wildlife Refuge.. Beautiful sunset, but not very many clouds. The sky was starting to turn that rich blue of the blue hour, but I had forgotten my "OFF"! The mosquitoes were about to carry me OFF. There were so many. I must admit I gave in and went back to the car. I can't wait for the first freeze!

Well I splurged. I could not resist. I am a Geek Gadget Freak. The A7R was such a good landscape camera I upgraded to the Mark II. Will still use the A7II as my walk around shooter, but for my landscape will use the new A7RII. Simplifies lens selection. The 55mm is one sharp lens.

Took this in my backyard. A wind chime ball. It really glowed in the late afternoon light. The Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro G OSS Lens is really sharp.
