Former Guernsey Brewery site The plans have been submitted after consultation following the release of a development brief in 2010 A developer hopes to turn the former Guernsey Brewery site in St Peter Port into 36 residential units. Comprop has submitted plans for the project due to cost more than £20m.
The site was first used as a brewery in 1845 and was closed down during 2001-2003. It stands at the base of the Val de Terres,
