That was exactly the feeling I had watching the turbulent sea along Hendon South Beach, a narrow but lovely stretch of sand and shingle during low tide. Recording it was so exciting, with explosions of water and mist coming in many directions, I couldn't help moving the camera a bit too much, mounted on a tripod on top of the cliffs. Eventually I got some reasonable length of footage, even frozen to the bones.

“The waves of the sea help me get back to me.”
(Jill Davis)

To me watching and filming waves on the beach is something hypnotic. The way they surge forward, building to a crest that rolls over to finally crash with roar against the beach reminds me of wild horses with flying white manes.

Recorded in Seaham, Co. Durham.
Thanks to darling Lili and Bella who add such a sweet feeling to my movie.

Music - Laura Preble, The Beach.

PS - Sorry for the absence of comment box, just a wrong setting don't know why. Fixed now.

Creating this video with images of my new garden feels so good, after a spring of heavy rain and hard work. It's worth it. I am deeply rewarded for all these colours attracting tiny winged visitors and the background of sparrows, tits, starlings, blackbirds and others that give the pleasure of their presence everyday.

Recorded at Spennymoor, England.
Music by SHIOTA Guitar DUO, Seven Children of the Crow.
