Out chasing Comet PanSTARRS (C/2017 T2 for those keeping score at home) as it passed the Double Cluster. This is a 2 minute exposure with a Canon 80D and Sigma 100-400mm lens at 400mm. The comet is the bluish object to the right of the top cluster. It will be closest to the clusters on the 28th of January. I took a bunch of photos to stack but will work on those tomorrow..

Comet PanSTARRS (C/2017 T2) has moved relative to the Double Cluster. It will be closest to them on Tuesday so I will try to hit it the next two nights as well, weather permitting. My alignment was really good tonight so I pushed it to a three minute exposure. Bonus shot of the Pleiades.
