I really loved the men in Egypt, who are selling hot baked batatas in the streets.
I found them typical for Egypt as the vendors for tamarind juice and sugarcane juice. They usualy pop up in the afternoon with their ovens mounted on bycicle or trolley.
This man I found already in the morning on the street leading to the Pyramides of Gizah
