The sun setting in South Texas. This was shot from our front balcony, viewing across State Highway 361, the Island Moorings subdivision, and a portion of Corpus Christi Bay. The installation of tall power line poles several years ago kind of down graded our sunset views, but we appreciate their presence in case of a storm. The oil and gas platform industry is an important part of life down here, as you can see.
