I upscale in Affinity Photo and do finish work - paint layers, color, levels etc. - in Affinity Photo and Photoshop. In terms of AI apps, I primarily use Dream by Wombo and occasionally Photoshop Generate. To date, I haven't posted anything directly out of PS-Gen without first running it through One Lab and/or Dream.
