On Saturday 26 October 2024 I spotted a BMW X5 xDrive40e hybrid car on fire, parked while charging in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Most people drove by, but I stopped and called the emergency services. It took me a minute or two (!!!) to finally get someone to talk to.
