Sure, it looks like a turkey --- but it's a turducken. My sister's boyfriend expanded our culinary horizons on Chistmas day by providing this 22 pound turducken. It's a chicken stuffed inside a duck that's stuffed inside a turkey. And - there are three or more kinds of stuffing, too. My conservative family had lots of doubts about this bird, but I can assure one and all that it was delicious. Happy New Year to one and all
