In the days leading up to the Feast of the Epiphany on January 6, the three Magi or Reyes Magos as they are commonly known in Spanish, pose with children in the public gathering places of the city of Oaxaca. Children believe that the Kings will bring them gifts, just as they did to the infant Jesus. But, this guy is so scary, he's more likely to frighten a child than to instill confidence that he'll soon be delivering presents.
