Fireworks off my back deck, overlooking the dark waters of the Great South Bay, Heron Pointe, Long Island, NY. 4th of July fireworks on July 11, 2008. Heard fireworks so quickly fired up the camera. Taken without tripod using standard settings on Nikon D300 without even a chance to change exposure or shutter speeds.
