Blackpool Borough Council Transport’s operations passed to Blackpool Transport Services Limited on 26th October 1986 due to bus deregulation. 673 was withdrawn from service in October 2010 and stored at Rigby Road tram depot. It was sold for private preservation, being moved into store at HMP Kirkham on 16th January 2012. 673 was moved to Fleetwood for further storage on 10th November 2014. The owner died in 2017 and 673 passed to the Fleetwood Heritage Leisure Trust

Blackpool Borough Council Transport’s operations passed to Blackpool Transport Services Limited on 26th October 1986 due to bus deregulation. 683 was withdrawn from service in October 2010 and stored at Rigby Road tram depot.
