biomicroscopy was not phil's favorite test. i can report however, at the risk of violating several HIPPA rules and regulations, that phil does not present with either cataracts or glaucoma.

phil, in some respects, is a lot like a little kid. he accompanied me to the gym today. if you don't keep an eye on him 24/7, it seems like he is always getting into trouble.

it took a while, but phil finally admitted it had been quite some time since his last eye exam. sacrilege, i said, and immediately marched him off to the office, even though it was after hours. in retrospect, i probably should have billed him for an after hours visit, but i don't think i am on his insurance panel. for the most part, phil's exam was uneventful, but he did demostrate considerable difficulty differentiating between lens selections 1 or 2. such a birdbrain.
