Last night, just asleep, I heard THWANG! off the ceiling-fan blades, spinning to keep the mozzies off, then THUMP onto my chest was this bundle of joy, at about 5cm from mandibles to ovipositor... its journey from bed to wall was just as quick. It didn't appear to want to get to know me any more than I wanted to know it. Phew.
Found, relocated and photographed the next morning.
