87010 'King Arthur' awaits departure from Coventry. This was taken only 20 years ago, but it seems much longer since we had proper trains running regular services on the WCML. The 87's certainly had much more life left in them, and the MK3 stock much better and more comfortable than the Vermin Pendolinos which ousted them.
