A U-2S of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing preparing to land April 14, 2012 after a mission that recorded the pilot's 1,000th flight hour in the U-2. The pilot is the 99th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron commander. The U-2, referred to as the Dragon Lady, records intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance data on missions lasting up to 12 hours at a time.
