Taken in the Clifton Neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio.
In recent years, Clifton is the scene for what we call the chalk festival (more officially known as "Street Scapes") where artists draw paintings on a blocked off street with chalk. This is one of the artists working on her submission. Remarkably, if conditions cooperate, the art work remains on the street for quite some time.
