Cincinnati, Ohio. This old Dodge dump truck was obviously torched which generated the rust above the cab. I found it interesting that it has historic license plates on it. It has no identifying logos anywhere that I could find so, I misidentified it as a Ford. Rickjames12324 caught my error and provided the proper identification. Thanks Rick.
