Sharonville area of Cincinnati, Ohio. The owner called this original a "Rat Rod", but I've never seen a Rat Rod so nicely finished. Call it what you want, it is way cool. The seating accommodations, while nicely trimmed out, looked a bit hard on the body. The seat is only a little above the body pan while the seat back is against the back of the cab with almost no padding. I guess that is the price of being extremely cool. I've seen lots of semi's with smaller stacks. It was interesting that there is no carbon build-up on the inside of them. Note the way they are routed through one of the holes in the frame - nice touch. The gas tank is a beer keg.
Regardless of some of the shortcomings I noticed, I'd take it in a minute. I just wish they would keep the hoods down at car shows as the up position generally ruins the lines. Then there are all the gawkers who always seem to be in the way of the ideal shot.
