13th Annual Viking Festival held in 2016 at the Ashville Village Park in Ashville, Ohio. The festival is a trip to the 10th century to a Viking gathering called an Allthing. Vikings gathered from all over to decide legal matters, engage in trade, make plans for future engagements and journeys and to discuss all pertinent issues of the time.

This fun lady was selling jewelry and I believe she also was something like a fortune teller. Most importantly she was having fun and spreading it to anyone who stopped by her tent.

13th Annual Viking Festival held in 2016 at the Ashville Village Park in Ashville, Ohio. This guy showed me his cool leather hat by giving it to me so I could have a better appreciation of it. I promptly dropped it. I couldn't believe how stiff and heavy it was. The leather must have been close to 1/4" thick. Want to build up your neck muscles? Get a hat like this. It is also probably as protective as any modern hard hat. Amazing.
