"Knowledge is found outside the rules." The budget for the Jaureguiberry school was $300,000 US dollars, much lower per m2 than any conventional construction. The initiative was carry out by Uruguayan private citizens: Victoria Gómez, Camilo Valverde, Joaquín de la Sovera, Federico Palermo and Lucía Cardozo that had the idea to donate a school to the public education system of Uruguay: ANEP. It was ANEP that suggested Jaureguiberry, as for years they needed to improve this school.
