This photo was the first photo in the back of Donald's log book, and it appeared above the grave marker for TK 'Ibby' Ibbotson, and as such I believe it to be his photo, a tribute by his younger brother Donald.

I am guessing that's the Wing Commander in the centre, and perhaps First Officer Kurt C. Walter to his right (the only distinguishable nametag, which reads 'Walter').
