Built in 1929, architect George W. Kelham. 28 stories, 378 feet, 115m. Kelham was a successful Bay Area architect and was the architect of the “old” San Francisco Public Library in Civic Center, now the Asian Art Museum. He also did several buildings on the UC Berkeley campus.
