Not a long exposure but just a surreal feel. The beautiful beach at Sennen near Land's End. Just managed a few shots before the grey clouds rolled in. It looks very tropical here!

I had a lovely week in Cornwall last week although the weather was bitterly cold and very cloudy. I thought I would do some long exposures to get a surreal feel. This shot was taken at Porthreath harbour after a day of torrential rain. We were lucky to get a dry evening so made the most of it!

Another long exposure shot - taken at Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall. One of my favourite places to visit.

Another shot from my trip to Cornwall taken at Kynance Cove on the Lizard. A stunning place to visit. Sadly on the theme of broken for Macro Monday this is where I had an absolute disaster with my new Canon R5 camera. After taking loads of shos on top of the clifftop overlooking the beach in very windy conditions - holding on tight - we then went back up the cliffs to capture the sunset. There was a wall so the tripod was safely positioned behind with just my camera peeping over the wall. Thinking it was safe as the wind had dropped I turned my back but then a big gust of wind toppled my tripod and before I could grab the legs it fell and damaged my new camera. To say I was upset and gutted is no understatement! My new camera is now in Camera Hospital ICU awaiting treatment - just hope it will be fixed soon and not cost too much. A very expensive lesson learned that day!
