47401 'Star of the East' is passing through a murky Barnetby with 100 ton oil tanks on 9 October 1991. This was the first class 47 into service in 1962 numbered D1500, a number which it carries again on the cabside. This loco was previously named North Eastern whilst allocated to Gateshead Depot, it lost its name when re-allocated to Immingham earlier in 1991 where it was repainted in 1960s style two tone green livery and then re-named. It was withdrawn from service in 1992 and is now preserved at Butterley on the Midland Railway and once again carries the name North Eastern. E719
