This is a personal opinion but I think disabled drivers - this vehicle did have a pass displayed - should park IN the spaces provided as others are expected to do.

Perhaps I am just slow on the uptake but, following my pizza taxi photographs, I have noticed more advertising cars or, as I have called them, car-vertisements.

This Mitsubishi Carisma 1.6GL was near Baycroft School, Stubbington. I recall the Carisma having only a brief period of prominence.
