I seem to be having a bit of a love/hate relationship with photography at the moment - either lacking motivation, energy to get up at silly o'clock, or when I do make the effort to go out my 48,000 apps telling me what the conditions are going to be turn out to be unreliable (who knew?!).
Had wander up above Buttermere last night, only for the sun to disappear behind a bank of cloud the very minute I pitched up here. This was as close as it fleetingly came to showing itself again, before being smothered out again. By the time I was back at the car in semi darkness, the big bank of cloud had shifted over again...
On the plus side it was nice to get out on the fells and realise how unfit I am. Also nice to have met
Edyta Rice up there and share a frustrating hour or so!
