As I was taking a picture of this gate Puerta De Isabel II of the 400 year old Walled Spanish city of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines this total stranger saw me and smiled and waved so big. I am an American from Kansas USA that has been living here in the Philippines for the past 2 years. I find that by far most Filipinos are very nice, friendly, and a happy people.
