Inscription handwritten at the bottom of the image: "YGLESIA parish of QUIAPO"
I am assuming this is where the current Quiapo Church is located but I am not sure.
According to José Mª A. Carino drawings are made by José Lozano Honorato.
Barcia cataloged it as Spanish anonymous work of the nineteenth century.

This picture is probably the depiction of the 4th construction on site: the Hospital de la Misericordia, which was dedicated to St. John of God in 1656. It was under the brothers of St. John of God from 1656 to 1866 when the hospital was turned over to the daughters of charity. The structure is designed by Fray Juan Arce. The structure depicted was destroyed by the 1863 earthquake. The hospital has a total of 6 identifiable constructions. (Data thanks to John Arcilla)

Looking northeast. Center is Puerta Real, behind is Baluarte de San Andres, the car is on General Luna Road, Revellin Real de Bagunbayan is on the right edge of the picture. The picture was taken from Baluarte de San Diego. The picture was taken just before the Japanese invasion of WWII.
