Cheboygan Vacation 2019

The park's not really a waterfront campground, though several of the campsites have trails back to Duncan Bay. And everyone has access at the kayak launch, which doubles as a beach volleyball court..

A few years ago this area had a "beach" (more like a swamp, actually), which extended perhaps fifty yards into the bay, and you could walk quite a distance along the waterfront toward Lake Huron. That's no longer a realistic option.
