now that 80th anniversary passed, and my old diary full, a new diary, and also a new page in my life. I alternate to use the walker and the crutches, each move different muscles and teach and help differently.
Plus, this morning i learned that what i can not do when using the walker, detach the too high left showe, I can do with the crutch. And, I was able to wash myself, without waiting anyone's help!

But now, I can move in all the house (even if I can not reach very high or far) and, with someone looking, go even down the stairs, outside.
